This review has to be broken down into two parts. 1. The nails themselves came out beautiful! the cut, shaping and color came out immaculate and for that I will give them 3 stars. My nails were done less than 45min (im praying they wont come right off) and again i do love the nails.
However 2. this is NOT an establishment to expect great or even good customer service . I tried making conversation and I was ignored. I asked to see the colors and again i was ignored and when i asked the second time my tech snapped and said YES IM GETTING IT! again tying to make conversation i ask how long has this establishment has been here, she responded why? I said I'm just curios and i am new to the area. She rolled her eyes and decided not to answer me. The experience was sooooo weird & rude, since my experience with nail salons are usually upbeat and welcoming. I very quickly felt unwelcomed.
I will not return- getting my nails done is Self-Care and I like my environment to feel welcoming.
I have been coming here for 5 years! I love Sarah and Vincent!! They do a great job and are very cautious now after opening up during this pandemic. After over 4 months I was able to go back and felt safe!! I definitely recommend this place!!
Could have been better! I sat in the chair, maybe for 15 minutes than boom I was done, but I looked a few chairs down the lady that was there is still getting service but mine was so short. But the mail painting is ok
Monica...the best SPA pedicure ever
Been going here for 3 years now and JoJo never disappoints. Her shaping is the best and she takes her time to perfect the sides and the top. She won’t let you leave with something crooked or out of place and I love how she always understands what i’m trying to go for when I go in. Highly recommend this place, specifically her.
The wait time is extremely long other than that the place is clean they did an amazing job on my pedicure and the guy that did my nails I believe his name is Vincent did an amazing job I love my nails and I love the attention that he gave me he has great customer service skills. By the time I was done I wasn't even upset any longer that I had to wait two and a half hours. My suggestion make an appointment before you go.
Just got my nails done 2 days ago. It looks like I had them on for 2 weeks. Paid $65 for the full set. Don’t waste your money here…
worst experience ever !! i asked for a thin coffin pink sparkle nails... they gave me orange type color barely sparkles and not shaped well nails and they were HUGE!! i told them to fix them and just do pink nails ... my toes nails are so bad and got ruined in 5 min!! they do their nail job so fast and no patience... they just want the money and doesn’t care about their customers services.. don’t go here!!! never again i’ll go here
