I been coming in for years, polite staff and owner...
I do wish they had more options for Human Hair extension. It's either really expensive or really cheap for low quality hair... It would be nice if they had something in the middle. As far as prices go...

This place is selling “goof off” as extension adhesive remover. I’m having it sent to lab to confirm. But you can tell immediately by the odor and the lack of effectiveness that is is clearly the dollar store 1$ bottle of “goof off” they are trying to pass off as evehair.com
Product.I lost over half the hair on my head from using it today, I’ve used adhesive remover and it’s always worked perfect. I’ve never lost over half my hair removing tape in extensions like I have this time. They are selling the product for ?
$9.99, quite the profit. I’ve contacted an attorney and I will be taking this to civil court and reporting to the better business beaureu: if the terrible attitude The owner and worker arent enough, the fact they sell misleading and altered products should keep anyone out iof this terrible establishment. I’ll never step foot in the door again, I’ll also never recommend even my worst enemy to be a customer here.and to the owner… Ill see you in civil court I can promise you that.

That’s was my first time in there I did not know what I was looking for she doesn’t even help me see if I need anything I was looking and looking I did not know what I got for me. I wish she was more information about what I got from the store. So far just one time I will go back know I know don’t ask because the people the work there don’t care at all.I was asking question what I was looking for did not Willy till me much I was lost

I’ve been coming here since high school to get hair extensions, it seems that every time i go in the owner is in a bad mood, i stopped coming here about 3 years ago and ended up buying my hair extensions online because every time i went in I went asking for example “ I want 20 inch hair extensions with at least 250 grams” and every single time the ladies would tell me “ You don’t need it to be that long and that’s too thick” and hand me something completely different… my mom recently wanted to go back to get her a pair of extensions and the same exact thing happened again.. i guess people don’t change!

Im a regular, I love the owner and the service is great. However, considering this being the best location for beauty supplies in Modesto. I am very disappointed that the store is often closing earlier than the stated times.. Right now it is 6:30 on Thursday and I wasted gas and cant get the supplies I require due to the store being closed early. This is not the fisrt time I have pulled up before close and couldn't be serviced due to early closing. Whoever is closing needs to do better or the closing times should be changed if this particular employee is allowed to do so.

Good customer service from the staff.

My hairstylist recommended me this beauty store to buy the hair extensions she was going to install on me. She mentioned they get products from them and that they’re good quality and whatnot. So I went. Fist time for the I tip hair extensions. A lady came up to me and asked if I needed help after looking around some minutes. I asked for the I tip extensions and she pointed at the corner where they had a small selection of that’s type as in I tip, clip ins, single installation etc. which was okay, not complaining about it. Because I believe they do sell more like wigs and products and such. Anyways. Okay, got my stuff and left.
Another day, prob a month later. I called to ask if they had the silicone beads used to install the I tip extensions, the person who answered said yes, and I went in. For some reason this time that lady who answered the phone was in some type of funk. I brought my two daughters . And before walking in I told them “ don’t touch anything because the people working will get mad” just so they can know not to misbehave, which they don’t ever, but you get me. etc. my daughter saw some sun glasses and just touched some but she was looking through them carefully. Then the lady paused and looked at where the glasses were and said “ oh no, can you please not touch the glasses” I looked back, looked at her and I was confused as to what and how was my daughter doing wrong? I told ny daughter “see mami , I told you not to touch anything ..you didn’t do nothing wrong , but I told you” not sure if the lady heard me, but i spoke up because I did feel like she came at my daughter wrongly. There’s ways to talk to a kid and an adult and someone who mistreats store merchandise and such. My daughter literally touched 2 and got called out. I walked out pretty saddened, and I did but the things I went there for. Just that experience on my second time being there was not something I ever thought would happen. Any who. Maybe work on having a good day? Work on your mood , and vibes, because it does effect customers, and people in general. I’m glad I didn’t confront, I know better. but you could of messed with someone’s else’s kids and they or. I could of not been the one just have a blessed and peaceful day. Be glad you have a job. Customer service is important. And to the customers , be kind and patient. I’ll still buy from the store it’s a nice one no doubt. That’s all.

This shop is well supplied every time I visit. The staff is quick to offer assistance and very pleasant and professional. They seem interested in me, their customer. I drive to Modesto for my needs.
