Luxx Nails and Spa

This was my first time getting a service done at Luxx, but it won't be the last! This is the best manicure I've ever had thanks to Susan. She was very professional and paid close attention to detail. The salon was clean and comfortable.

They’re always in such a hurry that the quality is very poor. I keep going back because they’re quick but unfortunately that means they will leave you with terrible nails unless you say something. Often times you can’t tell how bad they are until you’re done. They’ve also started requesting cash which is CRAZY because nobody Carrie’s cash anymore. After my most recent nail app in April 2022 I will NOT be back. I payed way too much for terrible awful nails. Didn’t even get enough color to make my tips not see through! There’s also a “grain” on my nails as it was not filed down properly. From afar they look nice. But that’s it.

I have been going to see my friend Stacy for over 7 years between this location and her last, if she is out of town or unavailable, i feel just a confident in the rest of her team to help me in whatever i may need. I have never left disappointed, and will forever recommend salon Luxx. Clean, pleasant and professional location! Quick work, and fair prices. If I've ever chipped or broke a nail on my own negligence, they've never hesitated to fix my issues. Thank you to Stacy and the Salon Luxx team! They always blow it out of the water! Luxx is the only place I can comfortably say “do what you think will look best” and not have to fear the outcome. Every place has their bad days but even their bad days, are good. If there’s a mistake, they have always fixed it and then some for me.

MiMi is AMAZING. She did my nails so beautifully, best set I’ve ever had and a relaxing pedicure. Ava gave my husband a wonderful pedicure. He definitely has working man’s feet and Ava did not make him feel embarrassed at all and she brought his feet back to life!! Thank you to both of the ladies for giving us such wonderful attention!!

Came in a little unsure of what I wanted and ended up with this beauty! The service was so nice and it didn’t take long at all! Really loved everything!

I am normally not the type of person to do this, but I went to luxx because my normal place did not have any openings. So I went there with a picture and the (younger) guy said he couldn’t do that and that it wouldn’t look right. So fair point, I gave him another idea and after he started he told me the design would be an extra $25. Long story short I told him what I wanted and he kept trying to change my mind or would dismiss it. He was very rude and told me not to do anything he had never done. I asked him to shorten my nails after the fact because he never asked me, but he told me no. I feel like my nails look so tacky and I paid $70 for a fill in, which to me is outrageous. I will not be going back, if I wanted to go somewhere, where the people were rude I would’ve gone to x-nails at least they would have done what I asked for.

Very sloppy and rushed ….The lady that is at the station to the right did not follow the assignment ! my nails was Terrible my nails was rushed not neat at all she did not use enough acrylic super really thin and they chipped turn yellow in 3 days my pinky nails one is longer then the other I do not recommend !!!! And I say that because I asked her to fix them and it went in one ear out the other very dissatisfied and I was charged 100.00 !!!!
