Nail Art

I had an appointment at another nail salon in the area for 2 pm. At about 2:15, I realized there were at least four other people in front of me before I’d be seen. I was very pressed for time and called around, and Nail Art was able to see me right away. They did a great job on my nails, and I’m grateful I ended up there. I’ll definitely be back the next time I need a manicure.

I went there a few months to go to get my nails done with my mom and sisters. We get there before opening because we had a special appointment, there were already a few people there but we didn't have to wait. There was a nail tech outside and he was smoking, which was really bad for my health. We asked them what kind of nails they did as this was our first time. We each picked our own color, unfortunately I got the guy who had been smoking, he kinda rushed and just did his own thing but I tried to correct the length of the tip and everything but he just kept going. In the end they came out cute and lasted awhile but the service wasn't the best. Today I went again and I had a different nail tech, I was seated right away after showing a picture. He got right onto my nails at first he rushed but he slowed down and they turned out beautifully. The service was really great, they've definitely redeemed themselves!

I loved the color, left tip, however they do need to make sure to have an appropriate price before telling the customer two different prices. The service went ok but when I got to the car I noticed a small cut on my ring finger. The person that did my mani, instead of trying to remove the nail polish/clear coat, decided to use the clippers to remove it and he gave me a small cut. It hurts a little. I also notice skin irritation, from having my hands in a bowl with nail remover for too long :/. He didn’t put lotion or anything. I won’t be recommending this place. It was my first time and I didn’t have a pleasant experience.

made an appointment for 3 the day before. got there at 3. made me wait an hour to even sit down and start my nails, which was very annoying because they weren’t even that busy and i had dinner at 6 for my birthday. the woman who started my nails then had someone else finish putting on the acrylic and filing then a woman i presume he knew came in and he made SOMEONE ELSE paint my nails so that he could do hers. extremely unprofessional place. i’ve gone to many different salons and the most i’ve had to wait to sit down is maybe twenty minutes with or without an appointment. the fact that three different people worked on my nails and it took two hours is just sad. i ended up leaving at the time my dinner reservation was at 6:15. yes the nails are good but i could’ve gotten the same quality for a quarter of the time. i usually don’t post reviews even if i had a bad experience because my mom is a business owner and i know most bad reviews aren’t true/over exaggerated, but this was just such a disappointing and frustrating experience. really hoping that no one else has to go through something like this but i’m definitely not coming back.

Fit me and my sister in on a Saturday wonderful service and even tho they were busy they took their time and engaged with the customers

I am very happy with my nails when done at Nail Art! Ann has been working on my pedicure n fills, n she did a beautiful design on my nails! Thanks Ann...I told you you can do it!!

Other than a language barrier, LOVE this salon. It would be better if communicating what I want didn't require a team.
