Niki Nails

I went to this salon a while back and had good service so I went back a couple days ago. The salon was somewhat clean. The technician used dirty tools for my pedicure and I had to ask for clean tools. She continued to want to use the obviously USED mail file. She also used a half an orange to “clean” my feet and legs. Weird. I asked for French polish in my toes. They polish is crooked and looks silly.
Then for my manicure. I recently removed my acrylics and just wanted a manicure. Truly needed cuticle trim. As you can see my nails weren’t filed properly, cuticles not completely trimmed.
I just needed to get out of there. $78 later I escaped.
I will NEVER go back! Definitely not what it used to be.

Went for the 1st time today, it was a Sunday so it was busy but the workers were doing their best to get to everyone. Cindy did my nails she was very sweet and understanding of what I wanted she was patient too. I love the way my nails turned out its hard to find someone who does them well. I saw some of the other clients nails too and they looked great.

Stopped by today to get a quick eyebrow wax and made the worst $12 mistake of my life. I only gave this nail shop a 1 star considering the service was quick, too quick. Why do the women in the shop have perfect sculpted eyebrows but mine end up looking like this. Enough said. Went to another shop quickly and you see the major difference. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME FOR EYEBROW WAXING here.

I love Selena and she does my pedicure she's the best! And my beautiful ombre nail design was originally done by Vince and I got my feel today by Crystal those are the only two nail techs that I really!

I went here three days ago since we were in the area and my husband wanted me to do something relaxing since I had been a little stressed lately. I am happy with my nails however my pedicure was horrible. The lady dug so deep under my toenails and it was very painful. It was the opposite of relaxing. Especially for the amount they charged. The last few days since, my toe has been red, swollen and painful and now today there is pus. This place caused an infection with the tools they were using and I will not be going back. Highly recommend going elsewhere.
*took over two weeks for it to heal with constant cleaning. I will also add they knew it was painful for me when I would pull my foot away and say ow and the lady (she had a missing front tooth) laughed and went back to doing it again. Also my acrylics didn’t even last long enough for me to get a fill they fell off.

Cindy was so wonderful n she was sweet and considerate of my nail health! I had gotten black powder acrylics with subtle red glitter in it (so freaking cool looking btw) last time, and she soaked them off carefully and replaced them with a dip. She showed and explained to me that using the black acrylic powder without a base coat stains my nailbeds black ???? so she gently removed everything she could (like 95% of the black which was incredible considering how bad it was) then she applied some vitamin E (and other vitamins I don't remember rn) along with a base coat of clear acrylic dip so prevent damage and staining in the future.

It is so so incredibly rare to see a nail technician this kind and patient and personable who also cares about the overall HEALTH of your nails ???? her little brother works there too and I swore he was older ???? she looks SO much younger than she is. I think I found my new nail lady ???? I've been looking in Menifee Murrieta Temecula Wildomar and Lake Elsinore and I think I finally found my place ???? Thank you Cindy!

The black stuff on my fingers will wash off in no time AND she did didn't make me bleed ???? I ALWAYS bleed especially when they cut my cuticles. She was SO thorough and she would've removed the black on my fingers/skin if I didn't have to go pick up my grocery order right afterward.

Was not professional at all. Total waste of money. Me and mom were both very unsatisfied. Completely upset I spent $90 for 2 pedicures. Not enjoyable. They kept stopping the pedicures to talk. The pedicures took a hour and 15 minutes because they would completely stop what they were doing to have converstations. I asked politely 3 times if she could massage harder because she was barely rubbing. She still wouldn't try. She wouldn't even respond. Just nod her head. They would not communicate with customers, only each other. She didnt even do the calluse remover that came in the package so my feet do not feel ant different at all. I truly regret not leaving in between but i did not want to be rude.
Only good this is the place looked clean but sadly their individual carts that held their tools look dirty ????

First and last time! Burned my feet in the hot scalding water that the technician asked me to step into before testing it. When I told him that I had ingrown toe nails, he proceeded to dig and chop with his tools. It was very painful. When I complained, he told me that the pain is part of procedure.
