The girl who did my green nails did so amazing! Loe is so artistic, i told her to surprise me. I am SURPRISED and love them. Thank you so much. If you want beautiful nails, Loe is the one to look for. She's amazing.
The lady that did my nails had an attitude and looked at me like I was stupid because I couldn't understand her and then I Had to go back my nail polish peeled off the same day and then they made it seemed like it was my fault that it didn't dry. I also notice their employees never last.

I’ve come here a few times prior to this incident and I debated if I wanted to leave this as some time has passed. I got my nails done at the end of November and removed them in December. I’ve had to see my doctor several times because I got a fungus on my nails and toes! I’m not sure what changed but considering I’ve been dealing with this for almost 3 months now, be careful. I don’t know if supplies aren’t being cleaned or what. I JUST got rid of the fungi on my nail and am waiting for the fungi on my toes to be resolved. I didn’t spend 100+ to get a fungus.

The guy that books appointments needs to learn what stiletto nails actually are. Every time I've come in with a fill, he ruins the shape even after verifying that I would like to keep their shape or verifying the shape i would like and I've always said stiletto, and they always come out round ends like an almond shape and uneven.... Then to top it off he is continuously getting up and walking around, 9 times out of ten there was no actual reason to get up. I've been coming here for years but after being charged $40 for a simple fill and single color, I think I'm going to start going elsewhere.
I really wanted to give this place a chance, but both my manicure and pedicure were sloppy and looked pretty sub par. The person who did my toes was cutting into my skin and now one of my toes is infected. Manicure tech also didn't ask about what nail shape I wanted before filing my nails down to squares. Will not return.
The lady that did my nails was very rude. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and the end results looked nothing like the picture. Came back to have my nails fixed and she told me it was my fault and made excuses also said “no one can do it that perfect.” The lady had an attitude the whole time tossing my hand around and being aggressive with the filer. She over thinned my nail bed and added a whole bunch of gel now they look too thick.
It's a nice nail salon: clean, plenty of mani/pedi chairs and the staff to get you taken care of...however, it's super expensive. $43 for a basic pedicure with gel polish. We don't live in Miami so I don't know why they have Miami prices.$43 for the most basic pedicure. Menu price you're shown for basic pedicure is $28, but if you want your toes painted, $43.
