USA Nails

My husband surprised me with a manicure for my birthday. All I wanted was an overlay with clear top coat. 3 of my natural nails were broke, so they put tips on them. Mary did not bother to try to match the clear tip to my natural nail color, then filed them to a squoval shape when my natural nails were rounded. 5 days later, the overlay is chipping off.. I go back in, he makes the same lady, Mary, fix my nails. My natural nails had turned yellow under the overlay, she tried to put another overlay on top of that until I stopped her because of the discoloration she didn’t correct… well that was a mistake, she filed my nails down to where my nails are now paper thin. Then she proceeds to overlay, then file all of my nails squoval. I tell her I want round. So now my nails are all kinds of oddly shaped. She then tries to do a
clear coat. I stop her & tell her to paint them all black. Due to the odd shape & weird color of the tips on the 3 nails. I get told I will be charged extra. Needless to say I walked out in tears. No polish & didn’t even wash the dust off. Never again.

Just had my nails done less than a week ago here. Went today because one broke in half last night while I was doing nothing. They tried to charge me $10 to have it fixed. That's a third of a fill. If I had known they would charge me that, I would have just had a fill done somewhere else (again, less than a week after having my nails done here). They ended up charging me $6 after I questioned them. There are a couple of good technicians here, but after being stuck with the worst one a few times in a row (after being a loyal customer for a long time!) and having nails break days later after her service EVERY TIME I have her, I don't think I will ever go back here and I would never recommend USA nails like I have in the past. Their service has declined and they no longer care about their customers. And their charges are never consistent. I believe they upcharge when they think you won't understand what they are charging you for.

I came in and requested Pink & Whites and basically got gel nails with pale pink polish painted on the bottom portion. Now, I haven’t gotten my nails done in several years, but I’ve ALWAYS gotten Pink & Whites when I’ve had them done, and I’ve NEVER had anyplace basically do “Whites” and paint the bottom portion a pale pink afterwards. On top of that, I’ve always been asked to wash my hands in the middle of the process, which I wasn’t asked to do this time, and I’m sure this was because the lady knew I was unhappy with the whole fake process, but the polish wasn’t even put on well, and I have several places that are not smooth, and I just had them done, and it already looks like I need a fill.

Pushy nail technician gave no time to pick a color. Then didn't use the correct color I picked and argued even though it was drastically lighter. Did an over all spotty job trying to rush through. Very overpriced for the quality of work performed. I will not ever be a returning customer.

My granny git her nails done here 2 weeks ago and they are breaking off like crazy

I go here roughly every two weeks to get a fill and color change. I have been a client of USA Nails since 2011. The old building stood when I stated going here. In my opinion they are THEE best place to go in town. Long, Hana, Dave and Lisa are who I usually work with. All four of them are Fantastic! The last few visits I have saw Danny and he is just a good and seems to fit in well. I will never go anywhere else in town.

I called at 10:07 to see if they had any opening today. They asked me when could I come in, I said 30 minutes. I was late to the appointment by like 12-15 minutes and they still took me. When I got there a man started to do my fill for why Amy was working on a different client. He did okay, but once Amy got to me she knew a couple of my nails were miss shaped and she fixed them up. I asked for a little ghost design on my right hand but she started to have another client come in so the man that started my nails had to do the design. It was okay he isn’t perfect, the guy did ask me if If the ghost was okay and I said yes. I am not really one to make a big deal out of things unless I think it is terrible. Overall it was amazing they were friendly and busy. They still tried to work on every person that came in. That’s fine.

Seriously had a pedicure and the guy was so ruff that he bruised my big toenail . I won't be back. I always go and have my nails filled by Amy but the prices for a full set with gel polish and a $45 pedicure with gel polish cost was $105 I will never go back Everytime I go in the prices always raises .
